Joann
Relationship Coordinator
I enjoy welcoming and interacting with our clients. It is fun to hear what is new in their lives and with their families!
Joann works in our front office, where she greets clients, handles paperwork, accepts and posts payments, and processes insurance claims. She also answers the phones and sets appointments. Joann enjoys working with caring doctors and a team that is dedicated to providing the best dental experience and results.
Joann and her husband Doyle live in Fairbury with their two children, Jonathan and Elizabeth. The children are active in many sports, so the family is kept busy with their numerous events. In her spare time, Joann enjoys being with friends and family, especially gathering for cookouts. She is a supporter of 4H in Jefferson County and is a member of Farm Safety 4 Just Kids and Fairbury Boosters.
Amy
Registered Dental Hygienist
I like taking care of my patients and getting to know them better with each visit. Helping people keep their mouth healthy, and showing them how to keep their smile in great shape, is really rewarding!
Amy works in the clinic, where she performs gentle and thorough cleanings, scaling and root planing procedures, and takes care of patients’ periodontal health. She also applies fluoride, places sealants, and provides education to patients on their specific oral health needs and homecare. Amy enjoys being part of a close-knit team that is serious about dental health and just as serious about having fun and ensuring a positive atmosphere.
Amy resides on a farm by Jansen with their dogs, kitties, and turtle. Her two sons, Mark and Tommy, are now off at college. When the boys were younger, Amy was a football, wrestling, and trap Mom; Cub Scout Leader and currently the Charter Organization Representative for Troop 302; and Treasurer of the Fairbury Booster Club. She is also a member of Fairbury United Methodist Church, where she serves as a Sunday School teacher and on several committees. She fills her time going to concerts, footballs games, and being with friends and family.
Betsy
Treatment Coordinator
Betsy joined our office in 2022. She holds a certificate in dental assisting and works in the clinic, providing chairside assistance to the doctors during procedures. She is also a treatment coordinator, working with patients to design their treatment in a way that fits their clinical and personal needs. Betsy appreciates working with doctors and teammates who are professional, knowledgeable, and dedicated to making the health and welfare of their staff and patients a priority.
Betsy has two daughters. When she’s not in the office, Betsy enjoys time with her family.
Kenidee
Dental Hygienist
I love making dental visits a positive experience for my patients. It is my goal to have healthier and happy people leave my chair – and maybe (hopefully!) even look forward to their next visit!
Kenidee provides dental and periodontal care, including cleaning and scaling and root planing treatment. Focusing on patient education, she helps people understand why it is important to keep their oral cavity healthy and how to develop better dental hygiene habits. Kenidee feels fortunate to work with team members who support each other and to be in a practice where everyone works toward the same goal: providing worry-free, personalized dental care.
Kenidee lives in her home town of Chester with her husband, Macon and their daughter. They love spending time with their families. The second child in a family of four, Kenidee loves being an aunt to three nephews, along with supporting her younger siblings in their extracurricular activities. In what free time they can find, she and her husband love being outside and traveling to explore new places.
Brittany
Treatment Coordinator
I like working with our patients and learning about their lives and families. Being able to make a dental visit a pleasant experience, and seeing happy smiles at the end, is the best feeling!
Brittany works in the clinic, where she assists the doctors, chairside, with different procedures, and offers support to our patients. She also works with patients to design their treatment plan, walking each through the process, discussing options and financials, and answering questions. Brittany enjoys being in a fun yet professional office, where the doctors and team care for each patient as family.
Brittany has 2 children, a son and daughter. Time with family and friends is Brittany’s priority when she’s not at work. Brittany recently moved from Kansas and she is a huge KSU Wildcats fan!
Tami
Treatment Coordinator
I love that every day here is unique, challenging, and rewarding, because my work combines my interpersonal skills with my technical skills. Not one dental procedure is exactly the same as another, just as each of our patients is unique, and we create treatment plans that are right for each person’s specific needs.
Tami fulfills many tasks that involve direct patient care, whether she is assisting our dentists, hygienists, and front office staff, taking X-rays, performing infection control, or offering patient education. Tami works at all 3 dental offices and comes to Fairbury on Wednesday each week.
Tami is married to her husband Jake, and they have a son, Thomas. She is a morning person and a farm girl at heart. In her free time she loves camping and playing sports, and she is still trying to find her green thumb when it comes to gardening. Her motto in life is simple: “There is always something to learn or smile about each day.”
